Seung Kyu & Jennifer were married this week in two separate ceremonies. One American wedding followed by one Korean wedding. They tied the knot in New Albany Pa population 700 something and what a clash of interesting cultures this wedding became for me. As you can see from the pictures there was so much to photograph I don’t really know where to begin with this one.
It rained all day….
All day….
but we did manage to sneak outside for a quick few shots in between the wedding and the ceremony.

Probably my favorite shot of the day. The top shot is the mother of the groom looking out a window at her son getting ready for the wedding. This shot on the bottom is also through a window of the bride with her girls getting their make up put on early that morning.

In a traditional Korean ceremony the mother and father of the bride throw chestnuts into this tapestry and that is supposed to tell the bride and groom how many children they will have.

I think Jen was thinking something along the lines of
What have I done?

The mother of the bride had this beautiful ceremonial dress brought over from South Korea for the wedding.

I really can’t wait for their “trash the 2 dress session” next month.
Enjoy the honeymoon guys…
C you soon…
Daniel
