Scranton and some alone time with my 24MM tilt shift.

Today I had a day off from work…

Just me…

My 1D….

and some sexy time with my 24mm tilt shift. This week I ordered my second tilt shift to add to my growing arsenal of

ridiculous equipment. I have been playing around with the 90MM for some time now but I think the 24 fits my shooting style a bit better then the other tilt.

For those who know me you know I tend to be a bit of a nerd when it comes to photography. I spend hours up at night dreaming of building my own camera from scratch so why wouldn’t I shoot with manual focus tilt shift lenses?

People keep shooting me emails about how I rack focus

Other then a small curve adjustment and vignette this is what my pictures look like right out of the camera with this lens.

No racking…

Just manual focus tilt shifts.

marianne kraft - Huh. I noticed the woman in the triple-frame shot too. She just held the door for me
at the Nealon Building (4:30p). I don’t know her name though. Small world.

Hope - You absolutely capture Scranton’s finest in the above pictures. I think my favorite is the one of the smoke pouring out of the train. I love it… I have to have a session with my daughter when I come home soon. How would we go about booking time with you for about an hour. I usually do this in the fall so I have some great photos yearly of my baby girl and I. Great oppurtunity for sending out Christmas Cards too! I’ve been looking at your work since Angle Burke and Mark D’Angelo engagement photos… your work is so impressive!

Thank you,

Hope Taylor
