I had six bridesmaids and four guestbook attendants. Overall, I'm really pleased with the way things panned out. One thing I'd do differently; I shouldn't have given in to familial pressure concerning my husband's groomsmen. My mom thought it "looked bad" for my husband to only have four groomsmen (his two uncles and two best friends) when I had six bridesmaids. So I talked him into asking two other friends to be in his wedding party. While that wasn't bad or anything, he hardly talks to either of them anymore, and I think that's a disapointment to him.
