Earlier this week we were made aware that the Knot named us in there best of Weddings 2011 for Pennsylvania and Delaware and although we have never been the kind of photographers that seek out recognition from our peers It was an honor to be given recognition for the work we are so passionate about. One of the great things about this recognition is that it was derived from the data collected from our clients. We do our best to treat all of our brides like they are the only clients we have and this is testament that we are conveying that to the people we work with.

2011 was a fantastic year and we can’t wait to get going with 2012.

Big thank you to the knot for such a distinction.

Winter Weddings in PA

October is not typically the time of year that we get a foot of snow in PA but I just had to share a quick picture from a wedding this past Saturday in the Poconos. It was the kind of heavy snow that just sticks to the trees and I couldn’t help but use it as a backdrop for some wonderful portraits of this fun couple.

Had to post a few quick shots from this Trash The Dress session this week. Loved the architecture that we used for these pictures.

It was raining the day of this session so we had to climb into this old furnace in Scranton.

Too much fun…

It should be illegal to have this much fun with a camera.

Tonya & Tyler

Tonya & Tyler were really a pleasure to work with this year. Our session with them was rained out twice so scheduling became difficult but finally we were able to spend an evening with them shooting their TTD session. Every time we have the opportunity to do a session like this it makes me a happy photographer.

Here is a quick sneak peak from their session this week. We found an old flooded out river bank for the majority of these pictures in Upstate NY.

I loved everything about this location.
